1. Data collection

KTMY does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal user information. There are no backend database user accounts, log files, or cookies.

2. Local storage cache

To prevent API rate-limiting issues (such as the 4 requests/minute limit), KTMY caches public government API responses locally inside your browser's LocalStorage. This cache contains only general open data (e.g. current weather forecast, fuel prices, GDP stats) and does not store user-identifiable data. You can clear this cache at any time using your browser settings.

3. Third-party links

Our site contains external links to official Malaysian government registration forms and utility websites (such as LHDN, Budi Madani, and Bank Negara). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their individual privacy practices.
