What Is It

Ticket booking provides entry to all six zones of Sunway Lagoon Theme Park (Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon). Bookings are made online and a QR code voucher is exchanged for an RFID wristband at the ticketing counter.

  • MyKad: for Malaysian citizens
  • Passport: for foreign nationals
  • Credit/Debit Card: for online payment
  • Email address: to receive the QR code voucher

    • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Visit Official Portal: Go to https://www.sunwaylagoon.com and select “Ticket Booking”. 2. Choose Date & Ticket Type: Pick the intended visit date (at least 1 day in advance) and select Adult, Child/Senior tickets. 3. Enter Personal Details: Fill in name, MyKad/Passport, contact number and email. 4. Make Payment: Pay using a Credit/Debit Card. Payment confirmation is sent to your email. 5. Receive QR Code Voucher: The confirmation email contains a QR code. 6. Exchange at Counter: Present the QR code at the online ticketing counter on the day of visit to receive the RFID entry wristband. 7. Optional – Quack Express Pass: Purchase separately at the counter for skip‑the‑queue privileges.

  • Malaysian Citizens: RM160 (Adult), RM135 (Child/Senior)
  • Foreign Nationals: RM240 (Adult), RM200 (Child)
  • Processing is instantaneous once payment is confirmed; the QR code is emailed instantly.

    • Important Notes

  • Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park.
  • Book at least 1 day ahead to enjoy any online discounts.
  • Quack Express Pass is not included in the standard ticket price and must be bought separately.
  • The RFID wristband is non‑transferable and must be worn at all times inside the park.
