What Is It

Renewing SSM business registration for sole proprietorships or partnerships in Malaysia via the EzBiz Portal allows businesses to continue operating legally. Renewals must be done within 30 days before expiry or up to 12 months after expiry. Late renewal after expiry incurs a late fee of RM20 to RM100. Renewals can be done for 1 to 5 years.

    1. Log in to SSM EzBiz Portal: Access the EzBiz portal at ezbiz.ssm.com.my. 2. Navigate to Renewal Section: Go to 'My Business Services' and select 'Renewal of Business Registration (ROB)'. 3. Search Business Registration Number: Enter your business registration number and choose the renewal period (1-5 years). 4. Verify Business Details: Ensure all business details are accurate. 5. Pay Renewal Fee: Pay the renewal fee online via FPX. 6. Download New Certificate: Download the new business registration certificate (Borang E) immediately.
