What Is It
The SOCSO Health Screening Program (HSP) is a free preventive healthcare service provided by PERKESO to workers. It offers digital screening vouchers to detect non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and cervical/breast cancers early.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizen who is an active contributor to SOCSO (under the Invalidity Scheme).
Aged 40 years and above.
Both male and female workers who meet the age criteria are eligible for the NCD screening. Female contributors are also eligible for Mammogram and Pap Smear tests.
Screening Services Covered
Physical Examination: Body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, and clinical checks.
Blood Test: Full blood count, cholesterol, and blood glucose level tests.
Urine Test: Urine analysis.
Mammogram: (For female contributors aged 40-59).
Pap Smear: (For female contributors aged 40 and above).
Required Documents
MyKad: Required at the clinic to confirm identity and age.
HSP Digital Voucher: Obtained from the Sehat PERKESO portal.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Check Eligibility: Log in to the Sehat PERKESO portal (sehat.perkeso.gov.my) using your MyKad number.
2. Download Voucher: Download the HSP digital voucher (PDF format) and save the voucher code.
3. Find Panel Clinic: Search the list of PERKESO panel clinics (Klinik Panel HSP) on the Sehat portal.
4. Book Appointment: Contact the selected panel clinic or laboratory to book your screening session.
5. Screening Day: Bring your MyKad and present the HSP digital voucher code to the clinic counter. No payment is required.
6. Collect Results: Collect your medical screening report from the clinic (usually within 7-10 working days).

Cost: Free.
Processing Time: Vouchers are generated instantly online. The physical screening takes 30 to 60 minutes at the clinic.

Important Notes
Fasting is required for at least 8 to 10 hours before the blood test (only plain water is allowed).
Digital vouchers do not expire as long as you meet the eligibility criteria and are active in the SOCSO database.
