The SOCSO Employment Injury Scheme (Skim Bencana Pekerjaan) provides benefit claims for industrial accidents.

Who Is Eligible

Employees who suffer accidents or contract occupational diseases arising out of and in the course of employment, including commuting accidents, are eligible for this scheme.

    1. Submit Accident Notification: The employer submits Borang 34 to PERKESO within 48 hours of the accident. 2. Attach Required Documents: Attach punch card records/attendance logs, medical certificate (MC), police report and sketch map (for commuting accidents), and salary slips. 3. Verification and Payment: PERKESO verifies details and credits cash payments directly to the member's account.
