What Is It

The Selangor Skim Mesra Anak Selangor (SMAS) is a newborn incentive managed by YAWAS.

Who Is Eligible

The child must be a Malaysian citizen born in Selangor, or the parents must have resided in Selangor for at least 5 years. The application must be made within 2 years of the child's birth. This scheme is open to all income levels.
