What Is It

The Selangor State Government Higher Education Aid, also known as Peduli Siswa, is a financial assistance program for university students.

Who Is Eligible

To be eligible, applicants must be Malaysian citizens, born in Selangor or have resided in Selangor for at least 10 years, with a household income below RM5,000 per month (B40/M40), and enrolled in a full-time Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program at Public Universities (UA) or approved Selangor state-owned universities (UNISEL, KUIS).

  • University offer letter: proof of university admission
  • University registration fee receipt: proof of registration payment
  • Parent's Selangor voter registration card: proof of parent's residency in Selangor
  • Parent's income statements: proof of household income

    Cost & Processing Time

    The RM1,000 aid is a one-off cash assistance to help with registration and initial university expenses.

    Important Notes
