What Is It

The Iltizam Selangor Sihat (ISS) medical card program is a health care initiative for low-income Selangor residents.

Who Is Eligible

The program is open to Malaysian citizens who are registered Selangor voters and have resided in Selangor for 10+ years. Eligibility is categorized into two groups:
  • Family Category: Household income <= RM3,000/month, with dependents under 21.
  • Individual Category: Single person, income <= RM2,000/month. Senior citizens (65+) and OKU are also eligible.

    Cost & Processing Time

    The program offers RM500/year for basic treatment and dental care for families, and RM250/year for individuals. Hospitalization is covered up to RM10,000/year, and dialysis is free up to RM10,000/year.
