What Is It
Bantuan Kehidupan Sejahtera Selangor (BING) is a welfare program providing monthly financial assistance via a cashless card for low-income mothers in Selangor. Eligible recipients receive a monthly credit of RM300 to buy essential household items.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizen born in Selangor or residing in Selangor for 10+ years.
Registered voter in Selangor.
Mother or single mother with dependent children under 18 years old (or under 21 if studying full-time).
Monthly household income of RM3,000 and below.
Required Documents
Copy of applicant's MyKad.
Copy of spouse's MyKad (if married).
Copy of children's birth certificates or MyKid.
Copy of salary slips or income declaration form (for self-employed).
Proof of residence (utility bill/rent agreement).
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Apply Online: Register an account on the official BING app or website.
2. Submit Documents: Upload all required income and identity documents.
3. Wait for Approval: Applications are processed by YAWAS.
4. Collect BING Card: Successful applicants will receive a BING cashless card.
5. Shop Groceries: Spend up to RM300 monthly at partner outlets (Giant, Lotus's, Mydin, Econsave).
