What Is It

The Bantuan Musim Tengkujuh (BMT) is a monsoon cash assistance program for smallholders and rubber tappers by RISDA.

Who Is Eligible

Eligible applicants are Malaysian citizens, registered rubber smallholders with RISDA (owning under 2.5 hectares of land) or registered rubber tappers. Applicants must be free from blacklists and apply during the yearly monsoon season (typically Sep-Nov).

  • MyKad copy: a copy of the applicant's identification card
  • Land grant copy: a copy of the land grant (for smallholders)
  • Tapping approval agreement: a copy of the tapping approval agreement (for tappers)
  • Bank account statement: a copy of the applicant's bank account statement
