The Residensi Wilayah program offers affordable housing for Malaysian citizens in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan. It was formerly known as RUMAWIP.

Who Is Eligible

  • Malaysian citizen aged 21 and above.
  • Born, lives, or works in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, or Labuan.
  • Household income:
    • - Maximum RM10,000/month for single applicants. - Maximum RM15,000/month for married couples.
  • Restrictions:
    • - 10-year selling moratorium applies. - Only 1 application per household.
