Who Is Eligible

  • Worked in Malaysia continuously for at least 3 years under a valid Employment Pass (EP).
  • Hold a valid EP with at least 3 months validity at the time of application.
  • Earn a minimum basic monthly salary of RM15,000 (excluding allowances/bonuses).
  • Have a Malaysian tax file number and paid income tax for at least the past 2 years.
  • Possess a degree/diploma and 5+ years of total work experience.
