    • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Download App: Download and install the Pos Malaysia app from Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery. 2. Register Profile: Sign up for an account using your email and mobile number. 3. Track Shipments: Input tracking numbers to receive real-time notifications on shipment locations. 4. Generate e-Consignment Note: Click 'Send' and input sender and receiver addresses to generate a digital consignment QR code. 5. Drop-Off at Kiosk: Scan the QR code at any Pos Laju self-service kiosk to print the physical shipping label automatically. 6. Pay Utility Bills: Go to the 'Pay Bills' tab to pay electricity, water, municipal assessment, and phone bills.
