What Is It

The PlaTCOM Ventures High Impact Programme (HIP) is a programme designed to support Malaysian SMEs in commercialising their research and development (R&D) findings into marketable products.

Who Is Eligible

The programme is open to Malaysian SMEs with at least 51% Malaysian equity, registered with SSM, and holding a developed prototype/proof-of-concept ready for market testing.

Technology audit and business model evaluation: Undergo a technology audit and business model evaluation by PlaTCOM experts. 3. Project execution and claims submission: If approved, execute project milestones and submit claims for cost reimbursement.

    Cost & Processing Time

    The programme offers a matching grant funding of up to RM1 million, which can be used for product testing, quality certifications, intellectual property (IP) patent registration, market validation, and trial production scaling.
