What Is It

Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) is a government affordable housing scheme launched to help civil servants, particularly low and middle-income government employees, purchase comfortable and high-quality homes at subsidized prices.

Who Is Eligible

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Civil servant employed in the federal government, state government, local authorities, statutory bodies, or government-linked agencies.
  • Monthly household income is capped below RM10,000 or RM15,000 depending on the specific project category.
  • Retirees with government pension cards are also eligible to apply.

    1. Register Account: Sign up on the official PPAM web portal. 2. Find Projects: Search active construction projects in different states. 3. Submit Booking: Choose a property and submit an application for approval. 4. Offer Issuance: Successful applicants are awarded the housing unit and receive a PPAM Offer Letter. 5. Secure Financing: Apply for a housing loan (commercial bank loan or government LPPSA financing). 6. Sign SPA: Visit the developer's legal office to execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement.
