What Is It
The Marine Park Conservation Fee (Caj Pemuliharaan Taman Laut) is a compulsory conservation levy managed by the Department of Fisheries Malaysia (DOF). Funds are used for the protection, conservation, and management of marine parks, coral reefs, and marine life around the Perhentian Islands.

All local and foreign visitors entering the Perhentian Islands Marine Park boundaries.

Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Arrive at Jetty: Arrive at Kuala Besut Jetty (the primary departure terminal to the Perhentian Islands).
2. Visit Marine Park Counter: Before boarding your speed boat, visit the Department of Fisheries Marine Park Ticketing Counter at the jetty.
3. Present ID: Present your MyKad or Passport to determine your fee tier.
4. Pay Fee: Pay the cash fee. Collect the official Marine Park Entrance Ticket (Tiket Taman Laut).
5. Boarding: Present the ticket to jetty gate officers along with your boat ticket before boarding.

- Malaysian Citizens: RM5.00 (Adult), RM2.00 (Child/Senior Citizen).
- Non-Malaysian Citizens: RM30.00 (Adult), RM15.00 (Child/Senior Citizen).
- Note: Separate local jetty management fees (approx. RM5.00) apply.
Processing Time: Instant ticket issuance.

Important Notes
