What Is It

The Penang i-Sejahtera Program OKU Emas is an annual financial assistance program for disabled residents in Penang.

Who Is Eligible

To be eligible, applicants must be a Malaysian citizen, a registered voter in Penang (or have parents who are voters for OKU minors), and possess a valid OKU Card issued by the Department of Social Welfare (JKM).

    Important Notes
