What Is It

Bantuan Ibu Tunggal is an annual financial assistance program under the Penang state government's i-Sejahtera platform designed to support single mothers in the state. It provides a yearly cash token of RM150 and a RM1,000 bereavement aid.

Who Is Eligible

  • Malaysian citizen single mother residing in Penang.
  • Aged below 60 years old.
  • Registered voter in Penang with the Election Commission (SPR).
  • Divorced, widowed, or married but husband is disabled/unable to work.
  • Has dependent children under 18 years old (or under 21 if studying full-time).

Upload Attachments: Submit clear copies of the divorce/death certificates and child birth certs. 5. Verify and Process: Applications are reviewed by local constituency service offices. 6.
