Skim Peduli Kesihatan untuk Kumpulan B40 (PeKa B40) is a national healthcare initiative managed by ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd. It focuses on early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by offering free health screenings, medical equipment subsidies, cancer incentives, and transport aids.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizen.
Recipient of the STR (Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah) cash aid and their registered spouse.
Aged 40 and above.
No separate registration is required; eligibility is automatic.

Original MyKad.
Medical recommendation and application forms (for medical equipment and cancer claims, filled by government doctors).
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Verify Status: Check your eligibility status online on the PeKa B40 website.
2. Find Clinic: Locate a registered government clinic (Klinik Kesihatan) or private clinic displaying the PeKa B40 logo.
3. Undergo Screening: Visit the clinic with your MyKad. The first visit covers lab tests (blood/urine) and physical checkups.
4. Screening Review: Return to the clinic for a second visit to review lab results.
5. Claim Equipment Benefit: If diagnosed and requiring medical equipment (e.g. pacemakers, wheelchairs, implants), the government hospital doctor will submit the equipment application to ProtectHealth.
Cost & Processing Time
Cost: Free of charge.
Benefits:
- Health Screening: Free.
- Medical Device Subsidy: Up to RM20,000 limit.
- Cancer Treatment Incentive: RM1,000 paid upon treatment completion.
- Transport Incentive: Up to RM500 (Peninsular) or RM1,000 (East Malaysia).
