# National Organ Donor Pledge (MySejahtera)
What Is It
The National Organ Donor Pledge is a program managed by the National Transplant Resource Centre (NTRC) under the Ministry of Health. It allows individuals to pledge their organs and tissues for transplantation upon their demise. Pledges can be submitted digitally via the MySejahtera app.
Who Is Eligible
Anyone aged 18 and above.
Note: Minors under 18 must obtain written parental/guardian consent before registering.
Required Documents
None (fully electronic form validation using MySejahtera verified profile).
Contact details of at least one close family member/next of kin.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Open App: Launch the MySejahtera app on your mobile phone.
2. Access Donor Tab: Tap on the 'Organ Donor Pledge' icon on the home screen.
3. Register Pledge: Select 'Pledge Now' and read the terms and information.
4. Input Family Contact: Key in your next of kin's name, MyKad, and phone number (compulsory to inform them of your decision).
5. Submit Application: Confirm and submit the pledge.
6. Digital Donor Card: A green digital Organ Donor Card is generated instantly and displayed under your MySejahtera profile.
