What Is It

Initially developed for COVID-19 management, the MySejahtera application has transitioned into Malaysia's national public health mobile app. Managed by the Ministry of Health (KKM), it offers digital health records, outpatient booking services, child immunisation logs, and organ donor registries.

Who Is Eligible

  • All residents of Malaysia (citizens, PRs, and foreigners).
  • Required Documents

  • Verified mobile phone number.
  • MyKad or Passport number.
  • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Access App: Open the MySejahtera app and register using your mobile number. 2. Book Appointment: Tap on 'Janji Temu Kesihatan' (Health Appointment), select a service (Dental, Outpatient, HIV check), choose a clinic, and pick a slot. 3. View Vaccine Records: Navigate to 'Rekod Kesihatan' to view digital childhood vaccination certificates and COVID-19 vaccine records. 4. Organ Donor Pledge: Tap 'Organ Donor Pledge' to sign up as a donor and generate your digital donor card. 5. Digital Health Card: View your basic health statistics (blood pressure, weight history) updated by government clinics.

  • Processing Time: Appointments are confirmed instantly. Digital cards are updated immediately upon clinic updates.
