Required Documents

  • Original Entry Permit: The original permit issued upon entry into Malaysia.
  • Passport: The applicant's passport.
  • Police Report: A local police report is mandatory for all lost instances.
  • Damaged MyPR: If the card is damaged, bring the damaged MyPR.
  • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Visit a JPN Counter: Go to any JPN counter to start the replacement process. 2. Biometric Verification: Provide your biometric thumbprint for verification. 3. Submit Documents: Submit the required documents as listed above. 4. Pay Fees: Pay the applicable fees based on the reason for replacement. 5. Receive New MyPR: After processing, receive your new MyPR card.

  • Damaged Card: RM40.00
  • First Lost: RM140.00 (RM40 application fee + RM100 processing fee)
  • Second Lost: RM340.00 (RM40 + RM300)
  • Third & Subsequent: RM1,040.00 (RM40 + RM1000)
  • Lost Due to Crime: RM40.00 (processing fee waived)

    Important Notes

  • Personal appearance is required for biometric thumbprint verification.
  • A local police report is mandatory for all lost instances.
  • If the card is lost due to crime (theft, robbery) confirmed by a police report, the processing fee is waived.
