# MyBrain15 Post-Graduate Scholarship
What Is It
MyBrain15 (under the MyBrain program) is an academic sponsorship initiative managed by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) designed to fund post-graduate studies (Master's and Doctor of Philosophy - PhD) for qualified Malaysian students at local public and private universities.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizen.
Aged below 35 (for Master's degree) or below 45 (for PhD degree) at the time of application.
Holds a Bachelor's degree (for Master's applicants) or Master's degree (for PhD applicants) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
Has secured a research or mixed-mode admission offer at a local university.

Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Secure University Admission: Apply and obtain a postgraduate offer letter from a local university.
2. Access Portal: Visit the MOHE KPT scholarship application portal.
3. Register Application: Select 'MyBrain' and fill in personal details, academic scores, and university codes.
4. Upload Research Proposal: Upload a research outline (detailing topic, methodology, and timeline).
5. Submit Application: Submit online and print the summary.
6. MOHE Review: Applications are screened and evaluated. Approved candidates receive a scholarship offer letter.
Cost & Processing Time
Cost: Free application. Covers tuition fees (capped at specific limits, e.g. RM10,000 for Master's and RM24,000 for PhD) and monthly living allowances for selected categories.
Processing Time: 2 to 4 months.

Important Notes
