The eVisa is an online application procedure for foreign tourists and social visitors to Malaysia.

Who Is Eligible

The eVisa is available for foreign tourists and social visitors from around the world, except for those already in Malaysia, Singapore, North Korea, or Israel.

Required Documents

  • Valid Passport: at least 6 months validity
  • Return Flight Ticket: confirmed ticket
  • Hotel Booking or Sponsor Letter: proof of accommodation
  • Recent Passport Photo: on white background
  • Bank Statements: showing sufficient funds

    1. Register User Account: create an account on the official eVisa portal (malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my) 2. Complete Online Visa Form: select the correct Visa Type (e.g. Tourist Single Entry) and upload required documents 3. Pay Processing Fee: online payment via Credit Card or FPX 4. Print Approved eVisa: receive approval within 2 to 7 working days and print the eENTRI/eVisa printout

    The Processing Fee is paid online, and approval takes 2 to 7 working days.
