Non-Emergency Wasp / Wasp Nest Removal:
How to request: Call your local fire station (Balai Bomba) directly on their landline rather than dialing 999.

Cost: Free of charge.

🐍 Snake Catching & Tree Clearing (APM / Civil Defence)
APM handles local hazards, rescue, and disaster relief.
Requesting Hazard Assistance (Snakes, Bees, Fallen Trees):
Procedure: Dial 999 and request the Civil Defence Force (Pertahanan Awam).
Service: APM rescue teams will arrive with specialized tools to capture snakes safely, remove bee nests, or chainsaw fallen trees blocking residential roads.
