Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Register and log in to the e-licensing portal: Register and log in to the specific local council's e-licensing portal (e.g., DBKL eLesen, MBPJ e-Lesen).
2. Fill in the application form and upload documents: Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
3. Physical inspection of the premise: PBT officers will conduct a physical inspection of the premise to verify compliance.
