What Is It

The LHDN e-Invoicing system, also known as Sistem e-Invois, is a digital platform developed by LHDN (HASiL) to validate transaction invoices electronically. Its purpose is to enhance tax compliance by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of business transactions.

Who Is Eligible

All businesses engaged in commercial activities are eligible for LHDN e-Invoicing, with mandatory implementation deadlines based on annual turnover:
  • >RM100 million: 1 August 2024
  • >RM25 million to RM100 million: 1 January 2025
  • >RM5 million to RM25 million: 1 July 2025
  • Up to RM5 million: 1 January 2026
