Who Is Eligible

All visitors are eligible to book tickets for the Observation Deck, Sky Deck, and Sky Box.

Required Documents

  • MyKad or MyKAS (for Malaysian citizens).
  • Passport (for foreign nationals).
  • E-voucher or barcode (for online booking).

    • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Book Online: Book online via the official Menara KL website (menarakl.com.my) or authorized ticketing platforms to secure a time slot. 2. Arrive Early: Arrive at the ticket counter 15 minutes before the time slot. 3. Present E-voucher: Present the e-voucher or barcode to get physical wristbands. 4. Queue for Elevator: Queue for the elevator to access the Observation Deck, Sky Deck, or Sky Box.
