# KKM Madani Medical Scheme (Skim Perubatan Madani)
What Is It
The Skim Perubatan Madani is an initiative by the Malaysian Government managed by ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd. It aims to reduce patient congestion at government clinic emergency rooms by allowing B40 households to receive free acute primary care treatments (for flu, fever, cough, minor injuries) at registered private General Practitioner (GP) panel clinics.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizens registered as recipients of the Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) cash aid.
Spouses and dependent children of STR recipients are automatically covered.
Required Documents
Original MyKad.
No separate registration form is needed; eligibility status is checked online.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Verify Status: Check your eligibility status online via the ProtectHealth / Skim Perubatan Madani portal.
2. Locate Panel Clinic: Find a nearby private GP clinic registered as a Madani panel clinic (displaying the Skim Perubatan Madani logo).
3. Register at Clinic: Visit the clinic, present your MyKad to the receptionist, and verify your eligibility under the system database.
4. Consultation & Treatment: Undergo clinical consultation, treatment, and collect prescribed medicines.
5. No Payment Required: The consultation and medicine costs are deducted automatically from your allocated benefit quota.

Cost: Free of charge.
Benefit Quota Limit:
- Household: Up to RM250 allocation.
- Senior Citizen: Up to RM150 allocation.
- Single: Up to RM75 allocation.

Important Notes
