What Is It
Kasih Ibu Darul Ta'zim (KIDT) is a cashless welfare card program by the Johor State Government. It distributes monthly allowances of RM200 to RM250 to underprivileged mothers for grocery purchases and provides up to RM500 per year for medical treatments at panel clinics.
Who Is Eligible
Malaysian citizen residing in Johor.
Mothers or single mothers with dependent children.
Monthly household income of RM1,500 and below (classified under Hardcore Poor / B40 category).

Copy of MyKad.
Children's birth certs or MyKid/MyKad copies.
Copy of Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate of spouse (for single mothers).
Income slips or income declaration letters verified by the local Ketua Kampung or Penghulu.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Automatic Database Audit: Recipients are primarily pulled and selected automatically from the national eKasih database.
2. Submit Application: For those not in eKasih, submit manual application forms directly to YPKDT.
3. Receive Smart Card: Eligible mothers receive the KIDT smart card loaded with credit.
4. Purchase Groceries: Spend RM200 / RM250 monthly at registered local partner supermarkets.
5. Medical Visits: Present the KIDT card at registered panel clinics for outpatient treatments up to RM500 per year.

Important Notes
