What Is It
The Bantuan OKU Tidak Bekerja (BTB) is a monthly welfare cash aid for unemployed disabled persons.
Who Is Eligible
To be eligible, applicants must be a Malaysian citizen, aged 16 and above, hold a valid JKM OKU card, and be unemployed, underemployed, or incapable of working. The household income must be below the JKM threshold, and applicants must not be in JKM residential care.
Required Documents
MyKad copy: a copy of the applicant's identification card
OKU card copy: a copy of the applicant's OKU card
Bank statement: a statement of the applicant's bank account
Income declaration: a declaration of the applicant's household income
Medical checkup reports: reports of the applicant's medical checkups
