e-Syariah is the official electronic case management system managed by the Department of Syariah Judiciary Malaysia (JKSM). It allows Muslims and legal practitioners to search Shariah court case records, monitor trial schedules, and track Islamic legal procedures online.

Who Is Eligible

  • Malaysian Muslims who have active cases registered in state Shariah courts.
  • Licensed Shariah lawyers (Peguam Syarie).

  • MyKad number of the plaintiff or defendant.

    1. Access Web Portal: Visit the official e-Syariah website. 2. Search Case Status: Select the 'Semakan Kes' (Case Check) tab. 3. Select Location: Choose the state and the level of the Shariah court (Subdistrict/Lower, High, or Appeal Court). 4. Input Details: Key in the case registration number or MyKad number. 5. View Schedule: The system displays the trial date, time, courtroom number, and presiding Shariah judge details. 6. Download Records: Check trial history logs and next mention dates.
