What Is It

The EPF Health/Medical Withdrawal Scheme (Pengeluaran Kesihatan) enables members to withdraw savings from Account 2 (Akaun Sejahtera) to cover medical expenses or purchase medical equipment for approved critical illnesses.

Who Is Eligible

Registered EPF member with savings in Account 2. The medical condition/illness must be in EPF's approved critical illnesses list. Medical treatment must be from an approved public or private medical center.

  • Medical Report: Obtain a medical report and cost estimate from the treating medical specialist (Form LKM 1)
  • MyKad: Present original MyKad
  • Doctor's Report: Doctor's report
  • Utility Bills: Utility bills
  • Relationship Proof: Birth/marriage certificates
