What Is It
The eKasih database is a centralized system managed by JPM ICU, used to identify and verify recipients for financial aid, utility rebates, housing aid, and welfare programs such as MyKasih and i-Suri.
Who Is Eligible
The eKasih database is open to Malaysian citizen Head of Household (KIR) with monthly household income below the national Poverty Line Income (PGK) of B40/hardcore poor.
Required Documents
MyKad: required for registration and status check.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Option 1: Visit JPM Office: Visit the nearest JPM State Development Office (Pejabat Pembangunan Negeri - PPN) or District Office in person to register.
2. Option 2: Request Community Leader Assistance: Request local community leaders (Penhulu, JPKK, or MPP) to submit your household information to the JPM welfare unit.
Cost & Processing Time
No fee is required for registration.

Important Notes
Registration cannot be done online. Status check can be done at [ekasih2.icu.gov.my](ekasih2.icu.gov.my) by entering your 12-digit MyKad number.
