What Is It

e-Tanah is the online land administration portal managed by the Department of Director General of Land and Mines (JKPTG) and state land offices. It allows property owners to check and pay their annual Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah) and Parcel Rent (Cukai Petak) online without visiting physical land offices.

Search Assessment: Enter the land account number or title details to retrieve current active assessments. 4. Verify Balance: View outstanding land tax fees and current year payable bills. 5. Online Payment: Select 'Pay Online' and complete transaction using FPX online banking or credit card. 6. Download Official Receipt: Download and print the official land tax payment receipt.
