Required Documents
Completed but UNSIGNED document: The document to be signed and attested.
MyKad/Passport: For identification purposes.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Find an Authorized Commissioner for Oaths: Locate an authorized Commissioner for Oaths, commonly found near courts, law firms, or JPN.
2. Bring Required Documents: Present your completed but UNSIGNED document and MyKad/Passport.
3. Sign the Document: Sign the document in front of the Commissioner.
4. Attestation: The Commissioner stamps and signs the document, records the transaction in their official log, and collects the regulated fee.
Cost & Processing Time
Statutory Declaration/Affidavit: RM10 per original document/signature.
Exhibits attached: RM2 per exhibit.
