What Is It

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF/KWSP) manages retirement savings for Malaysian citizens. i-Akaun is the official EPF mobile app and web portal that allows members to check balances, view savings breakdown (Akaun Persaraan, Sejahtera, Fleksibel), transaction history, dividends, and contributions.

Who Is Eligible

All registered EPF members can use the i-Akaun mobile app and web portal.

Required Documents

  • MyKad for registration
  • Fingerprint for biometric verification during initial registration

    • Step-by-Step Procedure

    1. Download the i-Akaun app: from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery (or visit iakaun.kwsp.gov.my) 2. Register: using your MyKad and fingerprint verification 3. Log in: using your user ID and password, or biometric login 4. View your balance: on the Home tab or Savings tab 5. Download a statement: Go to Home tab and tap the download icon, or go to Savings tab and tap View Details then the download icon 6. Select the year: and download the statement
